Europa Conference League Champions West Ham Beat Fiorentina In Final

West Ham have become the first winners of the inaugural Europa Conference League season.

David Moyes's side beat Fiorentina 2-1 in the final in Albania to lift their first major European trophy.

Gianluca Mancini opened the scoring for Roma in the 39th minute, but West Ham hit back through Gianluca Scamacca seven minutes later.

Nicolo Zaniolo restored Roma's lead in the 65th minute, but West Ham leveled again through Tammy Abraham in the 76th minute.

The game went to extra time and West Ham eventually won it through a penalty shoot out, with Aaron Cresswell scoring the winning spot-kick.
